Shipping policy

We use Canada Post to ship all packages. I will always provide you with a tracking number, unless you are ordering a small item that can go regular mail, those will not have a tracking number.
If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, please note that custom fees are at the care of the purchaser.
Once your item is picked up by Canada Post shipping times solely depend on their transit times and the destination the package it going to. Shipping times are not Bella's Bears & Company's responsibility. We can only confirm you the date we ship it by, not the date of arrival. All products are shipped by regular shipping timeline. 
We will send your purchased product to the address that you have added during checkout. It is not our responsibility to cover a second shipping charge IF your package was sent back due to it going to the wrong address.
